How to Support Executive Functioning of Autistic People at Work?

Join Zsofia Utry, Employment Specialist from Autism Understanding Scotland for a presentation and discussion on performance challenges at work. Is someone looking distracted, unmotivated, procrastinating, stressed, irritated, or being often late and forgetful? Executive functioning challenges at work are common in autistic people and amongst many other neurodivergents too. It is easy to misinterpret these behaviours, leaving others more likely to judge the person as 'not capable' or even as having a 'poor character'. In this webinar we are going to look at this phenomenon, considering the need for meaningful tasks and not just simply suggesting tips and tricks.
